Reindog Parade and Book Signing with Troy Cummings, author of "Can I Be Your Dog?"

Saturday, December 8th

Book signing beginning at 3:00 PM and continuing after the Reindog Parade at 4:00 PM

Meet Troy Cummings, author of Can I Be Your Dog? and the Notebook of Doom series.

The Annual Reindog Holiday Parade features dressed-up pets and their owners
in a variety of holiday garb. Be prepared to see all kinds of costumes from
"Santa Bernards" to "Reindeer Rottweilers" -- this is definitely a must-see
event. The parade starts at 4:00 PM.

Can I Be Your Dog? shares the tale of Arfy, a homeless mutt who lives in a
box in an alley. Arfy writes to every person on Butternut Street about what
a great pet he'd make. His letters to prospective owners share that he's
house broken! He has his own squeaky bone! He can learn to live with cats!
But, no one wants him. Won't anyone open their heart -- and home -- to a
lonesome dog? (Random House, $16.99)

In addition to signing copies of Can I Be Your Dog? (Poppy's favorite
picture book!), Troy will be signing his popular chapter book series,
Notebook of Doom (great for kids ages 6 - 8).

Troy Cummings has written and illustrated a pile of picture books. He lives
in Indiana with his wife, two kids, two cats and three robots, all of whom
are programmed to laugh at his hilarious jokes.
